He married " Mary Hooper " on April 14, She was a widow from a marriage to a " Young " and was born the daughter of Ennalls Hooper of Dorchester County. Benjamin 18 purchased acres of land called "Goodridge's Choice" on October 16, from William and Delitha Jones. This land was on Cabin Creek in the vicinity of present-day Secretary and Hurlock. How Benjamin 18 obtained this land is a mystery. The census of of Dorchester County listed Benjamin 18 as head of a family with two males over 16 yrs; one male under 16 yrs; two females and five other free people.
Benjamin 18 purchase more of "Goodridge's Choice" from the same William Jones of North Carolina in and some of the same property from his brother-in-law Captain Levin Marshall. The will is also not available due to a fire in the Dorchester County Courthouse. Only one child is known, Mary shown below, and her two children Benjamin and Athel Stewart were awarded the property called "Ennalls Purchase".

What happened to the rest of his property is a mystery. He was apparently married twice. The name of his first wife is currently unknown, however, it is sure that all of his children were with her. She was the daughter of Andrew Bush. Richard 20 purchased acres of land called "Sherwin's Chance" from one Robert Sherwin for pounds in Richard 20 became a planter with this purchase.
He and Penelope sold 66 acres of land called "Loing's Discovery and Retaliation" to someone unknown in Richard 20 apparently died shortly after his marriage to Penelope on November 13, as his estate inventory was filed on July 30, only 8 months later. Peter 25 had also acquired part of, 42 acres, the land called "Addition To Venture" from Ralph Smith for pounds on October 20, Peter 25 died in ca. A copy of his will is shown as " Appendix F " of this document. Peter 25 had a total of 11 children, however, the mother of each child is currently uncertain. However it has been verified that John 60 was the son of Sarah Fountain Collison.
Chamberlaine, 1st U. Edward 55 married either " Eleanor Porter " or " Henrietta Fairback ". Nothing further is known about Richard Mahala 58 is believed to have remained single without any children. Nothing further is known about Margaret 59 , Peter 61 , Sally 62 or Elijah The name of her father is unknown. William 26 had, along with his brother Peter 25 , inherited land from his father's farm "Harvey's Branch". William's portion was all woodland and believed to be 40 acres.
This land was part of land known as "Harris'es Privilege". On October 20, he purchased 4 acres of land from his brother Peter 25 for 6 pounds. This land was part of land known as "Addition To Venture". William 26 died in ca. Mary later married Alexander Griffith on February 1, William 26 and Mary had 6 children together. Ann 68 married a " Dawson ". Edward inherited appx. That home was never finished as Edward 36 died the same year as his father, The land passed on to his 4 brothers giving them each appx.
Edward and Margaret had 2 children together. Margaret remarried to a James Applegate. He married " Susannah Hopkins " , sister of Rigby Hopkins.
In , George 38 , Joab 39 and William 40 sold their inheritance to Robert 37 for the total sum of pounds. Robert now owned all of "Rehobeth and Rehobeth Point", acres. Robert 37 accepted the indentureship of his nephew Elliott 71 on April 19, The indentureship was to last until October 15, when Elliott would become 21 years of age. More than likely when his 9 month term expired he went home first and then rejoined his regiment.
William passed away on February 20, and was interred in the Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington, Delaware. Sarah passed away on March 4, and was interred with her husband.
